CHÂTEAU MALMONT WEDDINGS
Château Malmont is a beautiful vineyard estate set in the heart of Hérault, offering wide open views, generous space and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. It’s a venue that works equally well for intimate celebrations and larger gatherings, with plenty of light and room for the day to unfold naturally.
One of the highlights here is the golden hour light across the vineyards. As the sun drops, the landscape softens and the views become especially striking. I often use this time for relaxed couple portraits, stepping away briefly so the photographs feel natural and unforced.
The rear entrance of the château is framed by thoughtful planting and greenery, creating a lovely, private setting for portraits. Inside, the high ceilings and abundant natural light make it an excellent space for capturing those quieter getting ready moments at the start of the day.

The Setting
Château Malmont is a nineteenth century wine château surrounded by open farmland and vineyards. The ceremony area at the front of the château offers guests a beautiful view across the landscape, creating a striking backdrop as you exchange vows.
The outdoor spaces are generous and well laid out, with lawns, terraces and a long swimming pool that works well for drinks receptions and relaxed gatherings. As the day moves on, the setting adapts easily to different parts of the celebration without feeling rushed or overstructured.

From a photography point of view, the interiors are just as appealing as the grounds. The former wine cellar has been transformed into a large, air conditioned reception space, suitable for evening celebrations and dancing, while the bright lounges upstairs offer calm, light filled rooms for preparations.
