Chateau de Malmont Wedding
Wedding Preparations in Style
Nestled in the picturesque South of France, Chateau Malmont served as the perfect setting for Tamara and Leo’s wedding—a day filled with international flair, heartfelt moments, and a touch of adventure. With Tamara hailing from America and Leo from England, their wedding was a beautiful blend of cultures, bringing together guests from across the globe to celebrate their union.
The day began with both excitement and elegance. Tamara, accompanied by her bridesmaids, prepared for the big day in one of Chateau Malmont’s luxurious suites. The atmosphere was lively and full of anticipation. Meanwhile, Leo and his best men shared laughter and last-minute preparations, setting a joyful tone for the day ahead.
A Magical Ceremony
The ceremony took place on the scenic terrace of Chateau Malmont, overlooking the lush vineyards and rolling hills that make the venue so special. Guests gathered to witness Tamara and Leo exchange vows under the open sky, a truly magical moment that symbolized their commitment and love.
However, the wedding had its rustic touches as well. The catering and wedding planning were kept simple and budget-friendly, which brought a charming, laid-back feel to the festivities. After the ceremony, I drove the newlyweds to a nearby town, fulfilling Tamara’s wish to capture their love amidst a breathtaking tree-lined road—these photos would later become some of their most treasured keepsakes.
The Evening Celebrations
As the evening unfolded, guests were invited to dine al fresco on the lawns of Chateau Malmont. While the setting was idyllic, the outdoor dinner had its unexpected guests—mosquitoes, which became a memorable part of the night for everyone. Despite this, the spirit of celebration continued unabated.
The reception, however, faced its own set of challenges. The couple had opted for an inexpensive DJ whose inexperience showed when the music sporadically stopped throughout the evening. This hiccup, though frustrating, did not dampen the spirits of Tamara, Leo, or their guests, who filled the gaps with their own voices, laughter and improvised dance moves.
Congratulations Tamara & Leo. If you are having a Chateau de Malmont Wedding get in touch with me, i’d love to hear your plans.
