Why i love shooting Weddings at Domaine Saint Hilaire
Domaine Saint Hilaire is a relaxed and elegant wedding venue set among vineyards and countryside in the South of France. With a mix of open outdoor spaces, light filled interiors and quiet corners, it offers plenty of flexibility for couples who want a celebration that feels natural and unforced.
One of the standout areas of the estate is the pool terrace, surrounded by oleander and greenery. It works beautifully for group photos and relaxed couple portraits, with soft colour and texture that photographs well throughout the day. The woodland area is another favourite, providing shade and a cooler setting for outdoor ceremonies, particularly welcome during warmer months.
Inside the manor house, the high ceilings and large windows allow natural light to fill the rooms. These spaces are ideal for capturing the quieter moments at the start of the day, from getting ready through to the final touches before the ceremony.

The Setting

The recently renovated manor house offers a small number of bedrooms on site, making it easy for close family or the wedding party to stay together. Many couples choose to extend their stay, turning the wedding into a longer, more relaxed gathering with time to enjoy the pool, local food and the surrounding area.
Domaine Saint Hilaire is well placed for guests travelling from abroad, with easy access to Béziers and Montpellier airports, as well as nearby towns and accommodation.
