Wedding Photographer in Languedoc
Why Choose a Wedding Photographer in Languedoc?
Planning a wedding in Languedoc? You’ve picked one of the most beautiful and laid-back parts of France to get married — and I’d love to photograph it for you.
I’m Kerry Morgan, a wedding photographer based right here in the south of France. I’ve been shooting weddings for years and have worked all over the Languedoc region — from the vineyards around Pézenas to the châteaux near Carcassonne and the buzzing streets of Montpellier.
As a Wedding Photographer in Languedoc, I offer you natural, elegant images that capture real moments — without being dragged away for endless posed shots — you’re in the right place.
What’s so special about getting married in Languedoc?
Languedoc (now technically part of Occitanie) is one of those rare places that hasn’t been overrun by tourists. It’s a bit of a hidden gem. There are sun-drenched vineyards, hilltop villages, olive groves, medieval towns and stunning views everywhere you look. And the light here? Glorious. Your photos will love it.
The region is full of brilliant places to get married — whether you’re going all out at a château or keeping things simple with a relaxed outdoor wedding. There are also loads of fantastic villas for smaller celebrations, and beautiful courtyards and gardens for ceremonies. Whatever your plans, Languedoc has a little bit of everything.
My Style as a Wedding Photographer in Languedoc
I keep things calm, friendly and low-key. I’m not the type to boss people around or stage awkward photos. I quietly blend in with your day, capturing everything as it unfolds — the big emotional moments, the little glances, the hilarious in-between bits — and I do it all in a way that feels relaxed and real.
I know how to make people feel at ease in front of the camera, even if they hate having their picture taken. And if you do want a few portraits or family group shots, I’ll do them quickly and beautifully — no faff, no fuss, no cheesy poses.
Languedoc Wedding Venues I’ve Photographed
I’ve worked at some amazing venues in the region. Here are a few favourites:
Château Les Carrasses – classic, stylish and always a pleasure.
Seigneurie de Peyrat – full of rustic charm and Provençal vibes.
Chateau de Malmont– laid-back and beautiful, tucked away in the countryside.
Château Rieutort – grand but welcoming, with beautiful grounds.
These are just a few of the venues I’ve visited at a wedding photographer in Languedoc. Even if your venue isn’t on this list, don’t worry — I’m always up for discovering somewhere new. I know the area really well, and I’m happy to offer advice or suggestions if you’re still deciding where to get married.
