Loseley Park Wedding

Loseley Park Wedding

Loseley Park Wedding- Lianne & Andy’s beautiful day.

The Loseley Park Wedding of Lianne and Andy was just the perfect day.  The weather was fantastic and it was great to be back at Loseley Park for another wedding.  It is a stunning venue with so much scope for weddings. I shot this wedding with my wingman Mark Wallis.  We shoot so many weddings together and our shots fit seamlessly together.  Having a second photographer is a great idea if you want to capture multiple events and angles.

The Wedding Preparations

I went to see the girls getting ready and Mark went off to see the guys.  The room was filled with excitement and anticipation as the girls painted nails, put on make up and perfected their up-dos! The boys made their final adjustments before heading off to the ceremony at Loseley Park.

The Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony was held in the hall of the main house at Loseley Park.  It is a stunning room and typical of an Elizabethan Mansion; full of antiques and beautiful paintings.  Lianne arrived by car from the barn where she was getting ready, as it’s a fair walk in heels!  The couple exchanges vows and rings in front of their friends and family in a wonderful ceremony full of emotion.

The Walled Garden at Loseley Park

After showering the couple with bubbles on the steps of Loseley Hall, Guests were treated to champagne and canapés in the amazing walled garden.  It really is a treat for the senses with beautiful planting everywhere.  The day was so warm and everyone was smiling and enjoying the afternoon.  It was easy to shoot!

Loseley Park Wedding Photography

At the end of the drinks reception and after a handful of group photos, I took Andy and Lianne off for a few images of them in the gardens.  I like to give gentle direction, as opposed to anything cheesy.  I still want the pictures to capture the couple’s relationship and personality.  I don’t like taking my couples off for ages, them spending time with their friends and family is the priority.  But couples often say, it was nice to spend a bit of time away from everyone to catch their breathe! This session took about ten minutes…

Wedding Breakfast at Loseley Park

It was time for the wedding breakfast and the speeches and the guests walked over to the barn at Loseley Park.

After the meal it was time to kick off the heels and dance!

After I shot this beautiful wedding, I received these wonderful comments from Lianne..

Thank you so much for both yours and Mark’s help on the day, your experienced tips definitely got us through! You were also great fun to work with. I can’t believe how quickly the day went.
Thanks for the slideshow it is a lovely surprise. We love the shots, some of them are quite funny and we love the ones in the garden!
