Dartmouth House Wedding London – Charlotte & Tim
I have been waiting for Charlotte & Tim’s Dartmouth House Wedding with bated breath. Let’s just say that the weather for all of April and most of May had been particularly cruel and I had my fingers crossed that their wedding day would be perfect. We were very lucky and the day was warm and rain free – Yay!
I have photographed at Dartmouth House before and know what a stunning venue it is. The pretty courtyard and beautifully decorated rooms make it a gorgeous place for a wedding.
Charlotte looked amazing and Tim couldn’t stop smiling, it was a day to remember! Their vicar was a lovely chap and let me photograph from the front, at The Grosvenor Chapel on South Audley Street London, it was the best place to capture their expressions during the service.
Afterwards we took a moment to photograph some simple family groups in the pretty gardens behind the chapel and then the couple, along with all their guests, made their way to Dartmouth House on foot.
The drinks reception at their Dartmouth House wedding was great to shoot – everyone looked so happy and relaxed. I shot a couple’s portrait session while the guests were taking their seats for dinner. The empty courtyard and the interior staircase were an absolute gift for pictures.
After shooting the speeches, cake cutting and first dance – it was time to leave them to their evening and I headed home.
Here are some of my favourites of Charlotte and Tim’s Dartmouth House Wedding…
Congratulations Charlotte & Tim!
