Wasing Park Winter Wedding Photography
Stephanie & Dean’s stunning Wasing Park Winter Wedding was one of those weddings where you just can’t help but smile. There was no sunshine, it was a rather chilly February day, in actual fact it snowed! But they provided the sunshine themselves with their warmth, good humour and fun. What a pleasure to shoot.
The girls were all getting ready when I arrived and it was the first time I had met the bride Stephanie. I thought she looked a bit like Natalie Portman. Totally gorgeous. Her dress was amazing and fitted in wonderfully with the season. Her strappy Jimmy Choo’s were perfect and something you could definitely wear again.
After shooting the girls preparations I walked over to the church to meet the guys. We did a few shots before they started meeting and greeting their friends and family. Guests had travelled from all over for their Wasing Park Winter Wedding.
Sadly, I wasn’t allowed to shoot the ceremony. I was a bit disappointed but managed to sneak a few while the verger wasn’t looking. The couple exited the church under a show of confetti. The snow was falling too and it made for quite a scene. Steph was very brave; she must’ve been freezing but they did most of their groups outside. She did not complain once and beamed the whole time. After warming up in the drinks reception we did a few more just before their wedding breakfast. I enjoyed using the library for one big stylish group of the bridal party. It was a bit warmer in there too!
Onto the pictures…I hope you enjoy them!

I do love a Jimmy Choo.

The church looked very wintery with the flakes of snow on its roof top.

Stephanie looked incredible (and so calm!)

The girls head off to the church in the falling snow.

Woo hoo! Married!
Oh my goodness! Not mud on the Jimmy’s!!!
A sneak peek at the rugby.
Congratulations you lovely pair!
