Nowton Park Wedding – The Wedding of Danielle & Duncan
Nowton Park Wedding
Danielle and Duncan’s Norton Park wedding was something very different from the norm. The couple had enjoyed going for long walks in Nowton Park, Suffolk and decided one day to ask if they would be able to hold their wedding there. Nowton Park had thought about weddings but never done one. Danielle and Duncan’s wedding was the first to be held in the beautiful park.
Their wedding ceremony took place in a clearing in the woods. The guests sat on bails of hay and watched as Danielle and Duncan exchanged their vows.
Their Nowton Park wedding had a country fair feeling about it. The magical feel of the woodland wedding was carried over to their pretty marquee which was draped in bunting. Danielle chose herbs wrapped in musical score and tied with straw for her centerpieces. The table clothes had a floral design in duck egg blue and the whole design was fresh and natural. All the couples tables were named after trees – very apt for their woodland wedding.
Danielle’s dress had been customised to include pretty flowers of varied cloths, she looked really beautiful. Her flower girls were dressed as woodland flower fairies, in sweet pale green – complete with wings!
But the absolute best thing about their day was the bond between them, there’s nothing more special than photographing a couple who are so in love, their pictures are full of emotional connection. Danielle and Duncan had that in spades!
Here are some of my favourites from their Norton Park wedding day…
