Goodwood House Wedding – Rachel & Kieran
It was a fine day for Rachel and Kieran’s Goodwood House Wedding. Excitement was very much in the air when I arrived to shoot Rachel’s preparations. She was getting ready with her bridesmaids at The Goodwood Hotel. Rachel opted for an elegant clean white dress which was beautiful. Kieran was busy downstairs at The Richmond Arms having a splendid ushers luncheon. The had asked me to shoot in my usual style, mixing great documentary photography with some beautifully arranged groups and portraits.
Here are some of my favourites from their Goodwood House Wedding.
The guys enjoy a relaxing lunch at The Richmond Arms at Goodwood.
Love the expressions in this image.
Rachel’s sister helps her with her dress.
Rachel’s dress looked perfect on her. I loved the light coming in from the window and the way it fell across her face.
There wasn’t a whole lot of room where the girls were getting ready so I decided to shoot a few portraits in the corridor of the hotel. The light coming in worked really well.
Loved the unusual neck on Rachel’s dress. So flattering. It was actually an extra layer and it came off later for the evening. So giving Rachel two beautiful looks.
The impressive Goodwood House
I got down low to shoot this image and framed Rachel’s mum and brother arriving using the pillars and the ushers.
Rachel and Kieran are blasted with confetti
Lots of family had flown in from all over the world to share the celebrations. I like to shoot groups quickly but beautifully. Goodwood House made a great backdrop.
The guests were treated to a champagne reception in the sunshine at Goodwood House
Rachel, Kieran and I took the Rolls down to this beautiful avenue of trees to shoot some portraits. They only took 15 minutes. You don’t have to be away from your guests for hours and often 15 minutes away from the crowds is a really nice thing to do.
Love this one of them.
Rachel thanks her sister with a hug
Congratulations Kieran & Rachel. Thanks for booking me to shoot your day, it was amazing.
