Wedding at The Orangery, Holland Park, London – Nadia & Kieran
Wedding at The Orangery, Holland Park, London…
Nadia and Kieran’s Wedding at The Orangery, Holland Park was one I was really looking forward to shooting. Nadia’s laid back attitude and bubbly personality came across from the first time she called me about her wedding. I knew it was going to be a wonderful day full of love and laughter and I wasn’t disappointed!
It’s been a while since I’ve shot a Wedding at The Orangery, Holland Park and I was so looking forward to being back there. It’s a stunning London wedding venue with beautiful light and gorgeous surroundings, you can’t help but see inspiration where ever you walk. The Orangery is set in the stunning Holland Park and at this time of year, the floral displays and beds are so amazing. Perfect for creating stunning portraits.
The day started at Nadia’s London house with her preparations. Her wedding dress was made up of a beautiful bodice in antique gold lace and a full skirt which floated around her when she walked.
The couple tied the knot at St Francis of Assisi Church, Pottery Lane, London. A sweet little church that was beautiful inside. The vicar could not have been more helpful and allowed me to shoot from the front, which was excellent for expressions.
The weather was a bit temperamental and the couple left the church in a rain shower. We managed to get out between showers in Holland Park but the weather did not dampen anyone’s spirits.
Bovingdon’s were once again in charge of making sure the day ran smoothly and their wonderful catering was outstanding as always.
I was lucky enough to have my good friend and fellow wedding photographer Yvonne Blume shooting with me on this wedding.
Here are some of my favourite images from Nadia and Kieran’s Wedding at The Orangery, Holland Park…
My sincere congratulations to the newlyweds – it was a pleasure to be a part of such a special day!
Congratulations Nadia & Kieran!
