Fulham Palace was the setting for Ivo & Louise’s London wedding. I started shooting where Louise and her bridesmaids were busy getting ready at Cannizaro House. I loved the bridesmaids dresses, it was such a great idea to have all three girls in complimenting colours. Ivo’s family were French and Dutch; it was so nice to have such a great mix of people all coming to together to celebrate what turned out to be a fantastic day. Despite shooting wedding photography in London on a very regular basis, I’d never shot at Fulham Palace before. Surrounded by parkland, it was a great place to capture those Autumn colours.
Here are a few of my favourite pictures.

Louise used these pretty cake stands as her centerpieces

I was delighted to receive this sweet little painted love-bird as a favour, all the ladies had one and they came in various shades, from the same colour palette as Louise’s bridesmaids dresses and flowers.

The colours were great in the park (what you can’t see in this picture were the children to my left who were fascinated by the bride and groom and followed us around for a few of the pictures!)

AMAZING CAKES!

After dinner everyone retired to have coffee. At one end of the room, the entire wall was covered in shelves filled with miss-matched china, tealights and old family photographs all placed by Louise to give the room a really homely feel.

Congratulations Louise & Ivo! Enjoy Spain!
If you were a guest at their wedding you can register to see the pictures once the bride and groom have seen them by clicking HERE.
