The Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College is one of my all time favourite venues and as my grandfather attended the college, it also has a special place in my heart. I was really excited to shoot there again.
Sarah & Chris couldn’t have hoped for a nicer day, the weather was beautiful. They tied the knot at Our Lady Help Of Christians Church in Blackheath.
I photographed Chris’s sister’s wedding a couple of years ago and it was lovely to see Sarah & Rob and their family again with a new addition to the clan – the very cute 5 month old Esther.

Sarah wore these stunning Emmy shoes, the pretty flower detail could also be removed, making them very flexible.

Claire Nicol was responsible for Sarah’s gorgeous make up and hair.

I love this portrait of Sarah, she looked so beautiful.

The Painted Hall – simply stunning! If you have not been to see the hall, it is open to the public and entrance is free.

Chris proposes a toast to his new wife.

The hall is a beautiful place to shoot, the low lighting and gorgeous paintings give the images the most wonderful atmosphere.

The evening reception was held downstairs. I loved the evening table decorations, so simple but really effective.

Congratulations Sarah & Chris!
