It was hard to know where to start when compiling this blog post. There were so many images I wanted to share with you from Aniela & Daniel’s day. After picking out my favourites I realised I’d be putting well over 70 images on my blog! As it’s only supposed to be little taster while the couple are on honeymoon, I managed to edit my selections down to just 25.
For starters it was the perfect day weather-wise; warm enough without being uncomfortable, a gentle breeze and a clear blue sky.
Aniela & Daniel got married at The Milden Hall Barn in Suffolk and had three ceremonies rolled into one. A civil ceremony followed by a joint Anglican and Jewish ceremony. It was fantastic to attend, one of the warmest services I’ve been to as well as being very interesting to photograph.
After the service tea and Pimms were served in the grounds of the barn along with the most delightful selection of mini cakes.
All the guests then travelled on a vintage bus to Aniela’s home at Great Henny, Essex, where the most amazing tipi style marquees had been erected. Aniela had made hundreds of origami birds in various shapes and sizes and hung them from the trees. Aniela told me they were lucky in Japanese culture and you had to hang 1000 of them. That’s a lot of birdies!
The tipis had a Bedouin feel to them with snug areas to chill out on cushions, a fantastic bar area including a vintage jukebox. Bernadette Chapman of Dream Occasions helped Aniela & Daniel with their design ideas and of course the flowers were amazing – Beverley from Jades Flower Design was in charge!
Anyway onto the pictures!

Aniela’s pretty custom made blue shoes were by Emmy

This gorgeous necklace was by Magpie Vintage

Aniela’s bridesmaids dresses were from Coast (the pink ones) and Beaumonde (the purple ones) and all the sashes were from Beaumonde.

Guests lined up to shower the couple with confetti on the way to their car.

I climbed up a bank to get this view of the Aniela’s house and tipis in the garden.

Guests retrieved their names from this tree to find their table number.

Aniela’s beautiful outfit was a two peice. The corset was by the very talented Terry Fox and the skirt by Monique L’huillier
Daniel’s suit and tie were from Favourbrook

The couple’s cute little Morris Minor was called Molly and supplied by Champagne Classics

The cake was made by Aniela’s sister who runs her own fab cake company -
CLARES CAKES . The cake had some really pretty decoration.

The tents were by Tipis for hire and the stage, dancefloor and vintage jukebox came from American Marquee Hire

Aniela & Daniel hired I Do Films, who were a pleasure to work with.

Congratulations Aniela & Daniel!
