Over the years I have photographed at one venue more than any other; Parklands Quendon. I thought I’d show you two weddings I shot there this year. It certainly does show what a versatile venue Quendon is. The first wedding was Barbara & Joe’s in early May and true to style the great british weather did not play ball – it poured with rain! A rainy wedding day is probably most couples worst nightmare but dispite the weather it was a fantastic wedding. As a wedding photographer or a bride! you can’t rely on great weather in this country, so when the heavens do open – you just have to work around it.
On Rebecca & Stewarts wedding day the weather threatened rain all day but luckily it kept dry. The threat of rain always produces stunning skies and dramatic light.
Rebecca & Stewart’s wedding ceremony took place at the beautiful St Mary’s Church in Hitchin.
